Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật triệt căn điều trị ung thư đại trực tràng ở người ≤ 35 tuổi. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu trên 54 bệnh nhân ung thư đại trực tràng dưới 35 tuổi được phẫu thuật triệt căn tại bệnh viện K từ 01/2016 - 12/2021. To evaluate the results of radical surgery in colorectal cancer treatment for patients under 35 years old. Patients and method: A retrospective study on 54 patients aged up to 35 years old who underwent radical surgery to treat colorectal cancer in the National cancer hospital from 01/2016 to 12/2021. Results: Rate of symtomatic patient was 90,7% while the rate of stage III was 42,6%. There was no operative mortality in over 30 days after surgery. Postoperative complications occurred in 9 out of 54 patients, bowel obstruction was the most common complication (13%). The five-year overall survival rate was 56,6%, in specific, stage I, II, III were 83,3%, 73,0% and 18,2%, respectively.
