
Introduction: Arthroscopic double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction is a new technique. Objectives: 1) Evaluate the result of arthroscopic double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction; 2) Define some factor related to the result of surgery. Patient and method: Retrospective study 39 patients underwent arthroscopic double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in Viet Due University Hospital from 2011 to 2012. Results: The excellent and good result is 94.6 percent; postoperative anterior drawer test and Lachman test positive is 7.7 percent; postoperative pivot shift test positive is 3.6 percent. The concomitant lesion and the postoperative rehabilitation is 2 factor related to the result significantly. Conclusion: Arthroscopic double bundle anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction gave good results.
