Tìm hiểu các yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành đúng về sử dụng bệnh án điện tử của nhân viên y tế tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Khu vực Long Khánh. Đánh giá kết quả quả can thiệp ứng dụng bệnh án điện tử trong quản lý khám chữa bệnh tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Khu vực Long Khánh. Phương pháp: thiết kế nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả kết hợp can thiệp không nhóm chứng trên 214 nhân viên y tế của Bệnh viên đa khoa khu vực Long Khánh từ tháng 01 năm 2019 đến hết tháng 12/2023. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế có kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành tốt là 43%. Có mối liên quan giữa tuổi, chuyên môn và mức ủng hộ, kiến thức thực hành về sử dụng bệnh án điện tử, cụ thể những nhân viên dưới 35 tuổi có tỷ số chênh cao hơn 2,18 lần so với nhân viên trên 35 tuổi (KTC 95%: 1,17-4,04) và nhân viên y tế có chuyên môn kế toán có kiến thức, thái độ thực hành tốt hơn so với nhóm điều dưỡng 3,45 lần (KTC 95%: 1,02-11,71), sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê (P<0,05). Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế hiểu biết về ưu điểm của bệnh án điện tử đối với bệnh viện, người bệnh, trước và sau can thiệp đều có sự cải thiện đáng kể, với ý nghĩa thống kê (P<0,001) khi xem xét về cận lâm sàng, chẩn đoán, kê thuốc điều trị, xuất viện, hiệu quả kinh tế. Kết luận: Phần lớn nhân viên ủng hộ việc sử dụng bệnh án điện tử, và sau quá trình can thiệp, tỷ lệ kiến thức của nhân viên đã có sự cải thiện đáng kể.
Determine the proportion of medical staff with correct knowledge, attitudes and practices about using electronic medical records at Long Khanh Regional General Hospital. Find out related factors to correct knowledge, attitude and practice of using electronic medical records of medical staff at Long Khanh Regional General Hospital. Evaluate the results of intervention using electronic medical records in medical examination and treatment management at Long Khanh Regional General Hospital. Method: descriptive cross-sectional study design combined with non-controlled intervention on 214 medical staff of Long Khanh Regional General Hospital from January 2019 to the end of December 2023. Results: The percentage of medical staff with good knowledge, attitudes and practices is 43%. There is a relationship between age, expertise and level of support and practical knowledge about using electronic medical records. Specifically, employees under 35 years old have an odds ratio 2.18 times higher than employees over 35 years old. age (95% CI: 1.17-4.04) and medical staff with accounting expertise have knowledge and practice attitudes 3.45 times better than the nursing group (95% CI: 1, 02-11.71), the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). The proportion of medical staff who understand the advantages of electronic medical records for hospitals and patients, before and after intervention, has significantly improved, with statistical significance (P<0.001) when considering on paraclinical, diagnosis, treatment prescription, hospital discharge, economic efficiency. Conclusion: The majority of staff supported the use of electronic medical records, and after the intervention, the staff's knowledge rate improved significantly.
