Đánh giá ảnh hưởng của isotretinoin lên nồng độ hormone FSH, LH, prolactin ở bệnh nhân nữ mắc trứng cá thông thường mức độ nặng. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu thử nghiệm lâm sàng, tiến cứu, so sánh kết quả trước và sau 3 tháng điều trị trứng cá thông thường mức độ nặng bằng isotretinoin 20 mg/ngày trên 45 bệnh nhân nữ, tại Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương từ tháng 10/2022 đến tháng 09/2023. Kết quả: Trước điều trị tỷ lệ thay đổi nồng độ FSH, LH và prolactin lần lượt là 6,7%; 8,9%; 13,3%, sau điều trị tỷ lệ thay đổi này có xu hướng giảm còn 6,7%; 4,4%; 2,2%. Mặc dù sự thay đổi này không có ý nghĩa thống kê với P>0,05 nhưng khi đánh giá nồng độ trung bình của các hormone thấy rằng: FSH giảm từ 5,4±1,8 mIU/mL xuống 5±1,6 mIU/mL, P=0,03; LH giảm từ 8±3,3 mIU/mL xuống 7,6±2,9 mIU/mL, P=0,04; prolactin giảm từ 384,6±167,2 mIU/mL xuống 347,8±133,9 mIU/mL, P<0,01. Kết luận: Điều trị trứng cá thông thường mức độ nặng ở bệnh nhân nữ bằng isotretinoin 20 mg/ngày làm giảm nồng độ trung bình của hormone FSH, LH và prolactin.
Evaluate the effects of isotretinoin on FSH, LH, and prolactin hormone levels in female patients with severe acne vulgaris. Research subjects and methods: Clinical trial, prospective, comparing results before and after 3 months of treating severe acne vulgaris with isotretinoin 20 mg/day on 45 female patients at the National Dermatology Hospital from October 2022 to September 2023. Results: Before treatment, the rate of change in FSH, LH and prolactin levels was 6,7%; 8,9%; 13,3%, after treatment this rate of change tends to decrease to 6,7%; 4,4%; 2,2%. Although this change is not statistically significant with P>0,05, when evaluating the average concentration of hormones, it is found that: FSH decreased from 5,4±1,8 mIU/mL to 5±1,6 mIU/mL, P =0,03; LH decreased from 8±3,3 mIU/mL to 7,6±2,9 mIU/mL, P=0,04; prolactin decreased from 384,6±167,2 mIU/mL to 347,8±133,9 mIU/mL, P<0,01. Conclusion: Treatment of severe acne vulgaris in female patients with isotretinoin 20 mg/day reduces the average concentrations of hormones FSH, LH and prolactin.
