Thiểu năng tuần hoàn não mạn tính (TNTHNMT) phổ biến nhất là ở người cao tuổi. Hoàng kỳ bổ huyết thang kết hợp xoa bóp bấm huyệt đem lại hiệu quả trong điều trị, tuy nhiên cần nghiên cứu để chứng minh. Mục tiêu: Đánh giá tác dụng điều trị của bài thuốc “Hoàng kỳ bổ huyết thang” kết hợp xoa bóp bấm huyệt đối với bệnh nhân thiểu năng tuần hoàn não mạn tính điều trị tại Bệnh viện Y học cổ truyền tỉnh Thái Bình năm 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng, tiến cứu, so sánh trước sau điều trị và có đối chứng trên60 người bệnh được phân ngẫu nhiên vào 2 nhóm. Nhóm nghiên cứu: 30 BN (Hoàng kỳ bổ huyết thang liều 1 thang/ngày + xoa bóp bấm huyệt (XBBH), Nhóm đối chứng: 30 BN (Piracetam 400mg liều 3 viên/ngày + XBBH) trong 15 ngày. Chỉ tiêu đánh giá: thang điểm Khadjev, VAS, Wechsler, Schulter, mạch, nhiệt độ và huyết áp. Kết quả: Các triệu chứng cơ năng và thực thể ở nhóm nghiên cứu cái thiện tốt hơn so với nhóm đối chứng (p<0,05). Ở nhóm nghiên cứu, điểm VAS giảm (p<0,05), điểm khả năng nhìn nhớ Wechsler tăng (p<0,05), điểm khả năng tập trung di chuyển Schulter tăng (p<0,05), điểm Khadjev giảm (p<0,05) sau 15 ngày điều trị. Không có tác dụng phụ. Kết luận: Bài thuốc ‘‘Hoàng kỳ bổ huyết thang” kết hợp xoa bóp bấm huyệt cải thiện tốt các triệu chứng cơ năng và thực thể của bệnh thiểu năng tuần hoàn não mạn tính sau 15 ngày điều trị.
Cerebral circulatory insufficiency is most commonly seen in the elderly. Astragalus tonifying blood decoction combined with massage and accupressure contribute effectiveness in treatment, but it needs to be proven by research. Aim: Evaluating the effects of the formula “Huang qi bu xue tang” combined with massage and acupressure on patients with chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency were treated at traditional medicine hospital of thai binh province in 2023. Objectives and method: Prospective, controlled trial study, comparing pre and post treatment in 60 patients randomly devided into 2 groups. Trial group: 30 patients (one Astragalus tonifying blood decoction/day + massage and accupressure), control group: 30 patients (Piracetam 400mg 3 tablets/day + massage and accupressure) in 15 days. Assessement criteria: Khadjev, VAS, Wechsler, Schulter scores, heat beat, body temperature, blood pressure. Results: The functional and physical symptoms in trial group were superior than those of control group (p<0,05). In trial group, VAS decreased (p<0,05), Wechsler’s vision and memory score increased (p<0,05), Schulter’s concerntration and motion increased (p<0,05), Khadjev score decreased (p<0,05) after treatment. No side effect was reported. Conclusion: Astragalus tonifying blood decoction combined with massage and accupressure effective improve functional and physical symptoms in chronic cerebral circulatory insufficiency.
