Đánh giá thực trạng đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ cho bệnh nhi ung thư.tại Bệnh viện K cơ sở Tân Triều năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 203 cha mẹ bệnh nhi để đánh giá thực trạng đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ (CSGN) cho con của họ với bộ câu hỏi phát vấn đánh giá đáp ứng nhu cầu theo 3 cấp độ với 34 tiểu mục nằm trong 5 nội dung đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ: Hỗ trợ thể chất; Tâm lý, tinh thần; Giao tiếp, quan hệ; Tài chính, phúc lợi xã hội; Thông tin y tế. Phân tích số liệu trên SPSS 20.0 với bảng biểu mô tả tần số và tỷ lệ đặc điểm của bệnh nhi, các nhu cầu và đáp ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ cho bệnh nhi. Kết quả: Đáp ứng nhu cầu thông tin y tế chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất trong 5 nội dung của đáp ứng, tất cả các tiểu mục đều trên 95%, thấp nhất là đáp ứng nhu cầu tài chính phúc lợi xã hội: trong đó hỗ trợ chi phí điều trị chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất là 85,4%. Kết luận: Đáp ứng chủ yếu là CSGN nhu cầu thể chất, CSGN thông tin y tế và quan hệ giao tiếp. Nội dung CSGN tâm lý, tài chính phúc lợi xã hội vẫn được hỗ trợ nhưng chưa đầy đủ.

Conclusion: The main response is to support physical needs, support medical information and communication relationships. The content of psychological, financial, and social welfare support is still supported, but not enough.
