Objectives: The study aimed at evaluating drug interaction in clinical practice the Departement of Internal Medicine (Thai Nguyen provincial Hospital), then developing a list of important drug interactions in this department. Methods: The construction of the list was based on consensus of two drug interaction compendia. Results: The rese'arch group developed a list of 8 clinically important drug interactions. The rate of occurrence of the interactions is high. Conclusion: This list has the high potential to be applied in routine practice.
