Đáp ứng của điều trị nha chu cơ bản ở thanh niên nhiễm và không nhiễm HIV- AIDS

The study aims to evaluate effectiveness of initial periodontal treatment infected and non-infected with HIV-AIDS people. The results showed that there was any significant difference about plaque and gingivitis status between two groups throughout the three assessment points (p 0.05). Thus, the treatment plan of basic periodontal treatment is similarly effective for both HIV-infected and non-HIV infected subjects. It seems that plaque status does not playa decisive role in gingival inflammation severity, it should be studied further about the role of the general factor of HIV infection on this relationship.
