The four year-old girl admitted due to excessive vaginal bleeding. Physical examination: Height: 98cm, Weight: 16 kg. Breast: B2. Laboratory test: LH = 0,1 UI/I; FSH = 2,12 UI/I ; Estradiol 504,2 pmol/l. Right ovary exists cyst with size 40 x 39 x 41 mm. MRI: exists cyst with size 9 x 10 mm. Surgical excision of cyst to retain ovary by laparoscopic approach was performed. Postoperative Estradiol returned in normal range (52pmol/l).
