
Results of many researches showed that food poisonings increase when eating raw or insufficiently heated food impact on human health as well as socio economic development. A cross-sectional study had been done at 3 provinces: Nghe An, Dak Lak and Ninh Binh in 2012, the main results of dianhoea incidence rate per two weeks show that: The incidence rate of dianhoea that belongs to food causes is 70 percent dianhoea case in total. The food dianhoea incidence rate of the women per two we.eks is higher than man. The incidence rate of the group of age 5 is highest; the one of the group of age 5-18 is the lowest. The authors recommended that: it's necessary to carry out more appropriate health communication and education programs to people with the aim of better assurance of food safety conditions.
