Treatment: pericardial effusion cause metastasis is rapidly recurrent so that the first step is pericardiocentesis, next step is pericardiectomy by VATS or open. Main disease had been treated by surgery or chemotheraphy or radiotheraphy. On document, 1-year survival rateof pericardial effusion cause metastasis isunder 25 percent. the patients are cancer of end-stage so most of them do not return to hospital after operating.
