Động mạch khoeo bị bẫy, bệnh lý hiếm gặp: Chẩn đoán và xử trí

A 23 years-old healthy student had 2 year history of bilateral calf pain. Clinical evaluations, Dupplex, MSCT and MRI introduced bilateral PAES causing by laterally displaced of medial head of gastrocnemius. Surgical procedures were done at Viet Duc hospital in May 2011: interposition vein grafting for the right popliteal artery (1st operation) and myotomy of medial head of gastrocnemius-popliteal release for the left side (2nd operation). Follow-up at six month was satisfactory. The author revewed the puplications, comparision with our first patient PAES in Vietnam to understand better this syndrome and contribute a small part to the literature.
