The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of enalapril on proteinuria in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. A 2-years prospective study was performed on 300 patients diag ,nosed with chronic glomerulonephritis; patients were divided into two groups: 150 non-compliant patients (control group) and 150 patients treated with enalapril (enalapril group) from 2010 to 2012. Results showed that there was no change in protein una in the non-compliance group after 1 and 2 years.
