Mục tiêu nghiên cứu của bài viết là hệ thống quan điểm của Đảng và Nhà nước về phát triển ý tế, chăm sóc sức khỏe nhân dân trong các văn kiện Đại hội lần thứ IX đến XIII và các văn bản quản lý nhà nước. Dựa vào kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đánh giá thực trạng phát triển y tế, chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng là đồng bào dân tộc Khmer ở vùng đồng bằng sông cửu Long (ĐBSCL). Từ kết quả nghiên cứu, tác giả đưa ra một số giải pháp hoàn thiện cơ chế thực hiện chính sách phát triển y tế, chăm sóc sức khỏe cộng đồng đồng bào dân tộc Khmer ở vùng ĐBSCL trong thời kỳ đổi mới.
This study presents the system of views of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Government of Vietnam on the development of healthcare and public health in the documents from the 9th National Party Congress to the 13th National Party Congress and other state management documents. This study also evaluates the current development of healthcare and public health for Khmer people in the Mekong River Delta. Based on the study’s findings, some solutions are proposed to improve the implementation of healthcare and public health development policies for Khmer people in the Mekong River Delta in the coming time.
