Hoạt động khám chữa bệnh bảo hiểm y tế là một thành phần quan trọng trong quá trình xây dựng chính sách khám chữa bệnh toàn diện. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên toàn bộ người bệnh có thẻ bảo hiểm y tế đến khám và điều trị nội trú, ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa huyện Chương Mỹ trong giai đoạn 2019 – 2023. Kết quả cho thấy, Tổng số lượt khám chữa bệnh cao nhất vào năm 2019 với tổng số 193.764 lượt, thấp nhất là 2021 với 102.373 lượt. Số lượt khám và điều trị ngoại trú bảo hiểm y tế giảm từ 224,678 lượt vào năm 2019 xuống còn 215,861 lượt vào năm 2023. Công suất sử dụng giường thực kê biến động từ 76,82% năm 2019 lên 84,96% năm 2023. Tỷ lệ xét nghiệm so với số lượt khám từ 96,97% năm 2019 lên 102,96% năm 2023. Tỷ lệ chẩn đoán hình ảnh so với số lượt khám tăng từ 63,71% năm 2019 lên 77,91% năm 2023.
Medical examination and treatment under health insurance constitute a crucial component in developing comprehensive healthcare policies. This cross-sectional study on all patients with health insurance who sought inpatient and outpatient treatment at Chuong My District General Hospital from 2019 to 2023. The results indicate that the highest number of medical examinations and treatments occurred in 2019, with 193,764 visits, while the lowest was in 2021, with 102,373 visits. Outpatient examinations and treatments under health insurance decreased from 224,678 visits in 2019 to 215,861 in 2023. The bed utilization rate fluctuated from 76.82% in 2019 to 84.96% in 2023. The rate of laboratory tests compared to the number of examinations increased from 96.97% in 2019 to 102.96% in 2023. The rate of imaging diagnoses compared to the number of examinations rose from 63.71% in 2019 to 77.91% in 2023.
