Kết quả bước đầu điều trị phẫu thuật gãy cột sống ngực - thắt lương mất vững tại bệnh viện C Thái Nguyên

A prospective study out with 29 patients diagnosed thoracolumbar fracture with treated by pedicle srew fixation and posterior arthodesis in Thai Nguyen C hospital from january 2010 to may 2011. Result: Rate males per females 2.22/1, main age: 30-49 (68.96 percent), the most spinal column in tunied is D12 and L1 (79.31 percent), main causes by laburing accident (79.3 percent). The most facture is burst facture (75.86 percent), the incomplete neurologic damage (41.38 percent) and complete neurologic damage (13.79 percent). Mean of the body kyphosic deformity angle reduction (54.85 percent).
