Objective: the authors evaluated clinical features,treatment and surgery outcome of patients who underwent cystectomy from 2005 to 2012, by using Bricker ureteroileaI anastomosis method. Patients and method: A retrospective chart shows 35 Bricker ureteroileal anastomosis which constructed during 2005 and 2012 was performed. Data of clinical feature, treatment and surgical outcome were analyzed (overall satisfaction). Results: A total of 35 ileal conduit patients were identifed between 2005 and 2012 in Viet Duc Hospital. Average age of patients was 61 years old; male/female: 4/1; 94 percent TCC; 32/35 patients discovered in 3rd and 4th stage. Mean time of the operation was about 192 + or - 56.233 minutes. the authors followed-up 20 cases postoperatively, 3 cases lived over 5 years, the postoperative life-time of 20 cases was 48.9 months. Conclusion: A patient who underwent cystectomy and a Bricker ureteroileal anastomosis had low complication ratio. The postoperative life-time was 48.9 months.
