Kết quả điều trị lỗ hoàng điểm và màng trước võng mạc bằng phẫu thuật cắt dịch kính không khâu 23G

Purpose: to assess the results of sutureless vifrectomy for patients with macular hole and macular pucker treated with in National Institute of Ophthalmology between 06/2009 and 5/2010. Objectives and methods: a prospective study was done on 14 eyes with macular hole and 16 eyes with macular puckel: All patients had sutureless vitrectomy with 23G and peeling membran. Mean time follow up was 6 months.Ressults: 26/30 (87.5 percent) cases were anatomically successful. 90 percent of cases have good visual gain while 3 eyes had un-improved vision. Conclusions: sutureless vitrectomy with 23G is appropiate indication for treating macular hole and macular pucker.
