Nếp chân chim là biểu hiện của sự lão hoá da. Hiện nay, tiêm Botulinum toxin là một phương pháp điều trị được đánh giá là an toàn và có tính hiệu quả cao. Chúng tôi tiến hành nghiên cứu trên 60 bệnh nhân (BN) được chẩn đoán là có nếp chân chim tại Khoa Nghiên cứu và ứng dụng Tế bào gốc, Bệnh viện Da liễu Trung ương, từ tháng 7 - 12/2020 nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả và tác dụng phụ của phương pháp tiêm Botulinum toxin type A (BTX-A). Đánh giá kết quả dựa trên mức độ giảm điểm theo bảng điểm Facial Wrinkle. Kết quả cho thấy sau điều trị 1 tháng, tất cả các bệnh nhân đều có cải thiện, trong đó 83,3% cải thiện nhiều. Tỷ lệ bệnh nhân gặp tác dụng phụ thấp, 3 bệnh nhân (5%) có bầm tím sau tiêm và 3 bệnh nhân (5%) có cảm giác căng cứng mi mắt trong thời gian 1 tuần đến 1 tháng đầu tiên.
Crow's feet are a sign of skin aging. Currently, Botulinum toxin injection is considered safe and highly effective treatment. We conducted a study on 60 patients diagnosed with crow's feet at the Department of Stem Cell Research and Application of the National Hospital of Dermatology, from July to December 2020 to evaluate the effectiveness and side effects of Botulinum toxin type A injection. The effectiveness is evaluated based on the reduction of Facial wrinkle scale. The results showed that after 1 month of treatment, all patients improved, of which 83.3% improved significantly. Side effects were low, 3 patients (5%) had post-injection bruising and 3 patients (5%) had a feeling of eyelid tightness during the first week which subsides after one month.
