Đánh giả kết quả kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa điều trị gãy kín thân xương đòn ở người trưởng thành tại Bệnh Viện Hữu Nghị Việt Đức. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu theo phương pháp mô tả hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu. Kết quả: Sau phẫu thuật trên 71 bệnh nhân kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa điều trị gãy kín thân xương đòn , 93,0% bệnh nhân có xương hết di lệch. Không có bệnh nhân nào di lệch lớn. 95,4% bệnh nhân liền xương tốt, hầu hết không bị hạn chế vận động khớp vai. Đánh giá kết quả chung có 96,9% BN có kết quả loại tốt, 3,1% có kết quả loại khá. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật kết hợp xương nẹp vít khóa điều trị gãy kín thân xương đòn là một phẫu thuật an toàn về ngoại khoa và hiệu quả cho bệnh nhân gãy kín thân xương đòn.
To describe the results of locking plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of the middle third of the clavicle in adults at Viet Duc Friendship Hospital. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: After surgery on 71 patients locking plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of the middle third of the clavicle, 93.0% of patients had no bone displacement. No patient had major displacement. 95.4% of patients had good bone healing, most of them had no limitation in shoulder joint movement. Overall results were 96.9% of patients with good results, 3.1% with fair results. Conclusion: Locking plate osteosynthesis in the treatment of the middle third of the clavicle is a safe and effective surgical procedure for the middle third of the clavicle.
