Đánh giá kết quả cắt phanh lưỡi bằng Laser Diode trên trẻ em dính lưỡi tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu can thiệp lâm sàng không đối chứng được tiến hành ở 36 trẻ trên 18 tháng tuổi tại Khoa Răng Hàm Mặt, bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 4/2020 đến tháng 4/2021. Trẻ được chẩn đoán dính lưỡi, có chỉ định phẫu thuật và được phẫu thuật cắt phanh lưỡi bằng Laser Diode dưới gây mê hô hấp. Trẻ được thu thập thông tin về độ vận động của lưỡi và đánh giá phát âm trước và sau phẫu thuật cắt phanh lưỡi 1 tháng. Kết quả sau phẫu thuật cho thấy lưỡi được tăng độ tự do, độ nhô và độ nâng. 94,4% trẻ có vận động lưỡi tốt. Sau phẫu thuật 1 tháng: 61,9% trẻ có cải thiện ngôn ngữ mức độ ít và 38,1% trẻ có cải thiện ngôn ngữ mức độ trung bình. Vận động lưỡi được cải thiện sớm và tốt sau phẫu thuật cắt phanh lưỡi 1 tháng. Tuy nhiên về vấn đề phát âm sau phẫu thuật 1 tháng chưa được cải thiện nhiều, cần quá trình trị liệu ngôn ngữ để cho kết quả cải thiện tốt hơn. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật cắt phanh lưỡi bằng Laser Diode là phương pháp an toàn, hiệu quả, ít biến chứng cho trẻ.
This study aimed to find out the outcome of surgical frenectomy by diode laser in the treatment of ankyloglossia at National children’Hospital. Materials and Methods: this prospective clinical trial without control group was carried out on 36 children over 18 months at Odonto-Stomatology Department, National Children Hospital from April, 2020 to April 2021. Children were diagnosed with tounge tie and performed using a diode laser with respiratory anesthesia. We investigated the tounge movement, speech examination before and after surgery 1 month. Result: The freedom, elevation and protrusion of tounge increased. 94.4% of this populatation had good tounge movement. After surgery 1 month: 61.9% children had low speech improvement, 38.1% children had medium speech improvement. Tounge movement were clear improved after surgery 1 month. However, children need to have speech therapy after surgery to bring the better outcome for speech improvement. Conclusion: the frenectomy by Laser diode is safe, effective method, good healing and fewer complication in children.
