Đánh giá điều trị bong điểm bám dây chằng chéo khớp gối cố định bằng chỉ siêu bền tại khoa Chấn thương chỉnh hình, Bệnh viện đa khoa Đông Anh. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu tiến cứu mô tả trên 48 bệnh nhân có bong điểm bám dây chằng chéo trước được cố định bằng chỉ siêu bền dưới nội soi tại Bệnh viện Đông Anh từ 01/2017 đến 05/2022. Kết quả: 48 bệnh nhân được theo dõi trung bình là 16,5 tháng. Tất cả các trưởng hợp mảnh xương cố định đúng vị trí, 100% liền xương. Chỉ số Lysholm trung bình sau phẫu thuật là 94±1,6. Theo IKDC có 91,7% rất tốt và tốt, 8,3% trung bình. Không có trường hợp nào bị nhiễm trùng sau mổ. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật nội soi cố định điểm bám DCCT khớp gối bằng khâu chỉ siêu bền cho kết quả cố định vững chắc và phục hồi chức năng khớp gối tốt.
To evaluate the surgical treatment results of arthroscopic reduction and fixation of an avulsion fracture of tibial eminence, suture fixation with fiber wires used as treatment for ACL avulsion fracture fixation under arthroscopic visualization at Dong Anh General hospital. Subjects and methods: The retrospective, prospective descriptive study was conducted on 48 patients with tibial eminence avulsion fractures with suture fixation by fiber wires under arthroscopic visualization at Dong Anh General hospital, from Jan 2017 to May 2022. Results: 48 patients were followed up for more than 16,5 months. The fracture fragments were adjusted into the plateau tibial, 100% obitained healing. The Lysholm score mean were 94±1,6 post operation. According of IKDC, 91,7% patients rated as excellent and good, 8,3% fair. No case was infectious in post operation. Conclusion: The arthroscopic treatment of tibia eminence avulsion fractures with suture technique can ensure fracture healing and restore the funtion of the knee in the most patients.
