Objectives: A study of clinical characteristics, clinical, pathological lesions in the treatment of peritonitis appendicitis. Reviews internal cutting Peritonitis appendicitis results shed. Subjects and methods: The study was performed on 35 patients with laparoscopic surgery treatment Peritonitis appendicitis at Kien An Hospital from January 1/2012 - 2/2013. Type of study: cross-sectional description. Results and Conclusions: By studying 35 Peritonitis appendicitis patients with laparoscopic surgery, the results showed that: men having more female patients (57.14 percent), age group 40 - 60 having the most (45.72 percent), variable rate common stock (8.57 percent) including wound infection (2.86 percent), fluid in the pot hole is (5.71 percent). The average operating time 50.12 minutes, postoperative paralytic ileus average time is 31 hours, on average 7.26 days.
