Mô tả thực trạng công tác bảo quản thuốc tại khoa Dược Bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Tiền Giang năm 2022. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang Kết quả: 100% nhân viên đều đã có kiến thức cơ bản về bảo quản thuốc và tuân thủ tốt quy trình bảo quản. Diện tích kho còn nhỏ so với nhu cầu, vẫn còn kho có diện tích dưới 30m2. Các kho được trang bị máy điều hòa, quạt thông gió đầy đủ tuy nhiên chất lượng kém; hầu hết đều đạt về nhiệt độ (<300C). Điều kiện về độ ẩm không đạt (>75%). Các kho có đủ những khu vực cơ bản cho việc cấp phát, bảo quản thuốc. Các kho đảm bảo đủ điều kiện về ánh sáng, bảo hộ cho nhân viên, lối đi, lối thoát hiểm, tuy nhiên chưa đạt về cửa thoát hiểm, nền kho, khoảng cách giữa các tủ kệ. Các kho được trang bị đầy đủ quạt thông gió, máy điều hòa, nhiệt - ẩm kế, giá kệ, phòng cháy chữa cháy, nơi rửa tay. Các kho đều đã xậy dựng được quy trình thao tác về bảo quản thuốc, quy trình cấp phát thuốc, thẻ kho của từng loại thuốc để theo dõi, sổ sách theo dõi điều kiện bảo quản thuốc. Kết luận: Công tác bảo quản thuốc tốt góp phần đảm bảo chất lượng thuốc nhằm làm tăng khả năng điều trị và sự tin cậy của bệnh nhân đối với cơ sở y tế.
Describe the current status of drug preservation at the Pharmacy Department of Tien Giang Provincial General Hospital in 2022. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: 100% of staff have basic knowledge of medicine preservation and comply well with storage procedures. The warehouse area is still small compared to demand; there are still warehouses with an area of less than 30m2. The warehouses are fully equipped with air conditioners and ventilation fans, but the quality is poor; Most reach temperature (<300C). Humidity conditions are not met (>75%). The warehouses have enough essential areas for dispensing and preserving drugs. The warehouses ensure adequate lighting, employee protection, walkways, and emergency exits. Still, they must meet the requirements for emergency exits, warehouse floors, and distance between shelves. The warehouses have ventilation fans, air conditioners, thermometers - hygrometers, frames, fire protection, and hand washing areas. All warehouses have established operating procedures for drug preservation, drug dispensing procedures, warehouse cards for each type of drug to monitor, and books to monitor drug storage conditions. Conclusions: Good drug storage ensures drug quality, increasing treatment capabilities and patients' trust in medical facilities.
