Mô tả kết quả quản lý hoạt động công tác xã hội tại Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh giai đoạn 2017 – 2023. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang mô tả, hồi cứu hồ sơ và phỏng vấn nhân viên y tế. Kết quả: Kết quả quản lý hoạt động công tác xã hội tại Bệnh viện Nguyễn Tri Phương đã thực hiện theo 6 hoạt động chính, bao gồm: Hỗ trợ khẩn cấp tại khoa Cấp cứu, Hỗ trợ viện phí, Bữa cơm trên tường, Gian hàng chia sẻ yêu thương, Hỗ trợ chi phí sinh hoạt thiết yếu, Chuyến xe nghĩa tình. Tỷ lệ người bệnh được hỗ trợ tăng dần theo các năm. Năm 2022 bệnh viện đã ghi nhận mức hỗ trợ cho người bệnh cao nhất. Kết luận: Kết quả quản lý công tác xã hội giai đoạn 2017 - 2023 đạt được kết quả tốt, tỷ lệ người bệnh được hỗ trợ tăng dần qua các năm thông qua các hoạt động như bữa cơm hỗ trợ, gian hàng chia sẻ yêu thương, hỗ trợ chi phí sinh hoạt thiết yếu và chuyến xe nghĩa tình.
Description of management results of social work activities at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City, period 2017 – 2023.Subjects and method: A retrospective cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted, utilizing available reports and interview medical staff. Results: Management results to assess the social work department at Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital engages in six primary activities, which include emergency support in the Emergency Department, hospital fee assistance, "Meals on the Wall," a "Love Sharing Booth," support for essential living expenses, and compassionate rides. These activities are designed to target patients facing challenging circumstances. The percentage of supported patients has steadily increased over the years, with 2022 recording the highest level of patient support. Conclusion: The management results of social work activities in 2017 - 2023 achieved good results, the rate of patients receiving support increased gradually over the years through activities such as support meals, love-sharing booths, support for essential living expenses, and compassionate transportation.
