Nhằm cung cấp thông tin giúp đưa ra những giải pháp phù hợp đối với hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học trong bệnh viện, nghiên cứu này được thực hiện với mục tiêu mô tả kết quả quản lý hoạt động NCKH cấp cơ sở tại Bệnh viện thành phố Thủ Đức, giai đoạn 2017 - 2021. Phương pháp: Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thực hiện thu thập số liệu thứ cấp từ các kế hoạch, báo cáo và 155 hồ sơ đề tài cơ sở được quản lý trong giai đoạn 2017-2021. Kết quả: Kết quả trung bình có 31 đề tài cấp cơ sở/năm, đề tài thuộc lĩnh vực y học cơ sở là 35,5%, quản lý y tế 39,4%, y học lâm sàng 20,6% và khác 4,5%; tỷ lệ đề tài được đăng tạp chí khoa học chuyên ngành là 46,5%; tỷ lệ đề tài thuộc khoa lâm sàng/cận lâm sàng là 54,9%. Kết luận: Về quy trình quản lý NCKH cơ sở: Nhiều bước thực hiện không đúng thời gian và biểu mẫu, như bước xét duyệt đề cương, báo cáo tiến độ và thanh lý đề tài. Bệnh viện cần tăng cường về nhân lực có kinh nghiệm về quản lý NCKH, dần hoàn thiện tiêu chí đánh giá chất lượng, tính ứng dụng của đề tài cấp cơ sở và nâng mức hỗ trợ chi phí phù hợp đối với các cá nhân, đơn vị có nghiên cứu đạt chất lượng tốt. Tiếp tục tăng cường hoạt động đào tạo, tập huấn về NCKH.
To provide information to help develop appropriate solutions for scientific research activities in hospitals, this study aimed to describe the management results of scientific research activities at the grassroots level at Thu Duc City Hospital, period 2017 - 2021. Method: Designed a cross-sectional descriptive study, collected secondary data from plans, reports and 155 basic scientific research records managed in the period 2017-2021. Results: Research results show that on average, the hospital have 31 grassroots-level topics each year, 35.5% of these topics are in the field of basic medicine, 39.4% in health management, and 20,6% in clinical medicine and other 4.5%; The rate of topics published in specialized scientific journals is 46.5%; The percentage of topics belonging to the clinical/paraclinical department is 54.9%. Conclusion: Regarding the process of managing grassroots-level research projects: Many steps are not performed according to time and form, such as the steps of reviewing outlines, reporting progress and liquidating the project. The hospital needs to increase human resources with experience in scientific research management, gradually improve the criteria for evaluating the quality and applicability of grassroots-level scientific research projects and increase the appropriate level of cost support. for individuals and units with good quality research. Continue to strengthen training and coaching activities on scientific research.
