Khảo sát tình hình kê đơn cho người bệnh ngoại trú tại Trung tâm Y tế huyện CưKuin năm 2022. Nghiên cứu: Mô tả cắt ngang trên 432 đơn thuốc được thu thập từ tháng 01/2022-01/2023. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ đơn thuốc ghi đầy đủ địa chỉ của bệnh nhân chỉ đạt 0,7%, tỷ lệ đơn có chữ ký bác sĩ đạt 96,8%. Thuốc kê theo tên chung quốc tế và thuốc thuộc Danh mục thuốc thiết yếu chiếm tỷ lệ 99,8% và 73,7%. Đơn kê có chứa kháng sinh chiếm 40,5%. Tỷ lệ đơn thuốc sử dụng vitamin – khoáng chất chiếm 47,5%. Kết luận: Việc tuân thủ quy chế kê đơn còn tồn tại một số thiếu sót về thông tin bệnh nhân và chữ ký bác sĩ. Kháng sinh, vitamin – khoáng chất được kê với tỷ lệ tương đối cao.
To conduct a surveillance on prescriping activities for outpatients at Cu Kuin Medical Center in 2022. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study method with 432 outpatient prescriptions were collected from January 2022 to December 2022. Results: The proportion of prescriptions with detailed address of the patient and doctor signature is 0.7% and 96.8%. The percentages of drugs prescribed by international generic names and those on the List of Essential Medicines were 99.8% and 73.7%. The antibiotic prescription proportion was 40.5%. The proportion of prescriptions using vitamins - minerals is 47.5%. Conclusions: There were some shortcomings in the patient's information and doctor’s signature. Antibiotics, vitamins and minerals are prescribed at a high proportion.
