Pupose: to survey the relation between histopathology and markers of heredity retinoblastoma. Methods: 99 patients have results of histopathology. The degree of differention are analyzed. Markers of heredity retinoblastoma are recorded. Chi square Test is ferfomed for this analysis. Results: well differentiated in 28/99 cases (28.3 percent); intermediate differentiated in 55 cases (55.6 percent); and poorly differentiated in 16 cases (16.2 percent); familial retinoblastoma in 3 percent; bilateral in 32.3 percent; focuses in 24.2 percent; the age occur retinoblastoma under 12 months in 46.5 percent. Conclusion: have a strong relation between poorly differentiated and markers of heredity retinoblastoma: familial, bilateral, focuses, and the age occur retinoblastoma under 12 months.
