Đánh giá kiến thức, thực hành kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn trong tiêm an toàn của nhân viên y tế tại Trung tâm Y tế huyện Tiên Yên, Quảng Ninh năm 2022. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 130 nhân viên y tế tại trung tâm Y tế huyện Tiên Yên. Thông tin được thu thập bằng bộ câu hỏi thiết kế sẵn theo hình thức phát vấn. Dữ liệu được nhập bằng Epidata 3.1 và xử lý bằng SPSS 20.0. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế có kiến thức đạt về kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn trong tiêm an toàn là 66,2%; những kiến thức có tỷ lệ đạt thấp liên quan đến lưu trữ và xử lý vật sắc nhọn, với tỷ lệ lần lượt là 51,5% và 46,9%. Tỷ lệ nhân viên y tế có thực hành về kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn trong tiêm an toàn đạt là 76,9%. Khuyến nghị: Cần tăng cường công tác kiểm tra, giám sát hỗ trợ cho nhân viên y tế về thực hành kiểm soát nhiễm khuẩn trong tiêm an toàn.
To evaluate the knowledge and practice of infection control in safe injections of healthcare workers at Tien Yen district health center, Quang Ninh in 2022. Methodology: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 130 healthcare workers at Tien Yen district health center. Study subjects were requested to complete a self-administered questionnaire. The data was entered using Epidata 3.1 software and analyzed in SPSS 20.0. Results: The proportion of healhcare workers with adequate knowledge of infection control in safe injections was 66.2%; in which, low adequate knowledge rates related to storage and handling of sharp objects were 51.5% and 46.9%, respectively. The proportion of healthcare workers with adequate practice of infection control in safe injections is 76.9%. Conclusion: The study suggested strengthening inspection and supervision to support healthcare workers’ practice on infection control in safe injections.
