Kiến thức, thực hành về an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm của nhân viên nấu bếp tại các trường mầm non trên địa bàn thành phố Sơn La 2009

A cross-sectional study was conducted in nine kindergartens in the city of Son La with the objective to assess the knowledge and practice of food hygiene and safety of kitchen staff in those kindergartens. The results showed that: althought 79.6 percent was participated on food hygiene and safety training course but a prevalence of kitchen staff who have proper knowledge and practice on food hygiene and saferty are still low (29.0 percent and 35.5 percent, respectively). Right practice of those staff such as proper hand washing was accounted for 45.2 percent and hand wash after the toilet was 48.4 percent.
