Mô tả kiến thức về phòng ngừa nhiễm khuẩn vết mổ của sinh viên trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2022 và một số yếu tố liên quan. Phương pháp: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ sinh viên Điều dưỡng trường Đại học Y Hà Nội có điểm kiến thức đạt về phòng ngừa NKVM là 71,8%. Các yếu tố liên quan đến kiến thức đạt về phòng ngừa NKVM qua phân tích đơn biến là: Cử nhân điều dưỡng tiên tiến (OR=0,32; 95%CI (0,12 – 0,88); Đã được đào tạo về phòng ngừa NKVM (OR=3,46; 95%CI: (1,37-8,73); Đã được nhận tài liệu về phòng ngừa NKVM trước đây (OR=3,74; 95%CI: 1,61 – 8,66); Đã từng gặp ca NKVM trước đây (OR=2,86; 95%CI: (1,47-5,55); Tham gia vào quá trình thay băng (OR=2,39; 95%CI: (1,14-5,03).
To describe knowledge about preventing surgical site infections of students at Hanoi Medical University in 2022 and some related factors. Methods: Cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: The percentage of nursing students at Hanoi Medical University with a passing knowledge score on preventing surgical site infections is 71.8%. Factors related to knowledge about preventing surgical site infections through univariate analysis are: Bachelor of advanced nursing (OR=0.32; 95%CI (0.12 - 0.88); Have received training on preventing surgical site infections (OR=3.46; 95%CI: (1.37-8.73); Have previously received documents on preventing surgical site infections (OR=3, 74; 95%CI: 1.61 - 8.66); Have seen a previous case of surgical site infections (OR=2.86; 95%CI: (1.47-5.55); Participate in the dressing change process (OR=2.39; 95%CI: (1.14-5.03).
