Results: The patient group that lacked remnant liver volume (V/P 1 percent) had general morbidity rate of 38,9 percent, the liver failure rate of 19 percent, and postoperative mortality rates (90 days) of 19 percent. They were significantly higher than the patients group that had enough remnant liver volume with proportional rates were 7,69 percent - 0 percent - 0 percent. Conclusion: remnant liver volume has an close relationship with post operative liver failure complications.
