Đánh giá kết quả bước đầu áp dụng thay băng sau phẫu thuật lỗ tiểu thấp bằng dung dịch sodium chloride 0,9%. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Tiến cứu mô tả các trường hợp dị tật lỗ tiểu thấp phẫu thuật lần đầu và thay băng sau phẫu thuật với dung dịch sodium chloride 0,9% tại khoa Niệu bệnh viện Nhi Đồng 2 từ tháng 5/2021 đến tháng 06/2022. Kết quả: Có 75 bệnh nhi tham gia nghiên cứu tuổi từ 11 tháng đến 12 tuổi. Với thời gian thay băng lần đầu dài nhất là 6 phút, lần cuối là 2 phút (chăm sóc vết mổ để hở). Có 9 (12%) bệnh nhân chảy máu vết mổ khi tháo băng lần đầu, có 2 (2,7%) bệnh nhân nhiễm trùng vết mổ. Thời gian nằm viện dài nhất 14 ngày, ngắn nhất là 7 ngày. Ở thời điểm xuất viện có 58 (77,3%) bệnh nhân vết mổ khô sạch, 17 (22,7%) bệnh nhân dương vật phù nề nhẹ, không trường hợp nào nhiễm trùng vết mổ hay rò niệu đạo. Kết luận: Sử dụng dung dịch sodium chlorid 0,9% thay băng sau phẫu thuật lỗ tiểu thấp bước đầu cho thấy rút ngắn các bước và thời gian thay băng, cải thiện tỉ lệ nhiễm trùng vết mổ, thời gian nằm viện không thay đổi.
Description of results first step applying banged replacement after surgery of hypospadias with 0.9% sodium chloride solution. Materials and methods: A prospective descriptive study of pediatric patients with a malformation of the hypospadias who was operated on for the first time and changed the dressing after surgery with 0.9% sodium chloride solution at the Urology Department of Children's Hospital 2 in May 2021 to June 2022 Results: There were 75 pediatric patients enrolled in the study aged 11 months to 12 years. The maximum dressing change time was 6 minutes (first time undressing), and the minimun was 2 minutes (when leaving the wound uncovered). There were 09 (12%) patients bleeding when removing the first dressing, and 02 (2.7%) patients had wound infections. The longest hospital stay was 14 days, the shortest was 7 days. At the time of hospital discharge, there were 58 (77.3%) patients with clean and dry incisions, 17 (22.7%) patients with slight edema of the penis, no urethral fistula was recorded at the time of discharge. Conclusions: 0.9% sodium chloride solution can be used by all ages, convenient, easy to use. Initial assessment shows that changing the dressing with NaCl 0.9% post operation of midshaft hypospadias repair is not only very convenient, easy to perform, shortens the procedure time, and the time in hospital is not longer than the others solution but also the rate of wound infection is low.
