Phân tích mối liên quan giữa dấu ấn hóa mô miễn dịch HER2, CD44, ALDH với đặc điểm nội soi và mô bệnh học trong ung thư biểu mô tuyến dạ dày.Đối tượng và phương pháp:Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang; thiết kế tiến cứu trên 107 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán xác định ung thư biểu mô tuyến dạ dày và được phẫu thuật cắt bỏ khối u tại Bệnh viện K. Phân tích mối liên quan giữa HER2, CD44, ALDH và các thông số.Kết quả:Bệnh nhân u thể ruột có tỷ lệ biểu hiện đồng thời cả 3 dấu ấn là 14,1%, có sự khác biệt về sự biểu hiện đồng thời cả 3 dấu ấn theo đặc điểm mô bệnh học Lauren, p<0,05. Bệnh nhân u thể tuyến nhầy có tỷ lệ biểu hiện đồng thời cả 3 dấu ấn cao nhất với 16,7%, có sự khác biệt về sự biểu hiện đồng thời cả 3 dấu ấn theo đặc điểm mô bệnh học WHO, p<0,05.Kết luận:Sự biểu hiện đồng thời của HER2, CD44, ALDH có mối liên quan với các yếu tố như đặc điểm mô bệnh học Lauren, đặc điểm mô bệnh học WHO ở bệnh nhân UTBMTDD
To analyze the relationship between immunohistochemical markers HER2, CD44, ALDH with endoscopic and histopathological characteristics in gastric adenocarcinoma. Subject and method: A crosssectional descriptive study; prospective design on 107 patients with confirmed diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma and surgical resection of the tumor at K Hospital. Analysis of the relationship between HER2, CD44, ALDH and parameters. Result: Patients with intestinal type had the rate of simultaneous expression of all 3 markers at 14.1%, there was a difference in the concomitant expression of all 3 markers according to Lauren's histopathological characteristics, p<0.05. Patients with mucinous adenomas had the highest rate of concurrent expression of all 3 markers with 16.7%, there was a difference in the simultaneous expression of all 3 markers according to WHO histopathological characteristics, p<0.05. Conclusion: Simultaneous expression of HER2, CD44, ALDH is associated with factors such as Lauren's histopathological characteristics, WHO histopathological characteristics in gastric adenocarcinoma patients.
