Xác định hệ số tương quan công hiệu giữa hai phương pháp tạo đám hoại tử (PFU) và liều gây nhiễm 50% nuôi cấy tế bào (CCID50) của vắc xin sởi dự tuyển mẫu chuẩn quốc gia Việt Nam. Đối tượng: Loạt vắc xin Sởi sống giảm độc lực dự tuyển MCQG RM-01-07 được sản xuất tại POLYVAC. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: thực nghiệm - phân tích so sánh kết quả. Kết quả: Qua nghiên cứu về vắc xin sởi mẫu chuẩn dự tuyển MCQG, ta thấy: Công hiệu của vắc xin mẫu chuẩn dự tuyển MCQG loạt RM 01-07 theo phương pháp PFU là: 4,41 log10 PFU/ 0,5ml. Công hiệu của vắc xin mẫu chuẩn dự tuyển MCQG loạt RM 01-07 theo phương pháp CCID50 là: 3,48 log10 CCID50/ 0,5ml. Phương pháp PFU và CCID50 có mối tương quan chặt chẽ và hệ số giữa hai phương pháp khi thực hiện trên chủng AIK-C là PFU/CCID = 1,28; PFU:CCID = 1: 0,78.
Determine the effectiveness correlation coefficient between the two methods of Plaques Forming Units (PFU) and Cell Culture Infectious Dose 50% (CCID50) of the Measles vaccine candidate for the Vietnamese national reference standard. Materials: The live attenuated measles vaccine candidate for the Vietnamese national reference standard RM-01-07 is manufactured at POLYVAC. Methods: Empirical research and comparative analysis the results. Results: The efficacy of the Measles vaccine candidate for the Vietnamese national reference standard series RM 01-07 by PFU method is: 4.41 log10 PFU/ 0.5ml. : The efficacy of the Measles vaccine candidate for the Vietnamese national reference standard series RM 01-07 according to the CCID50 method is: 3.48 log10 CCID50/ 0.5ml. PFU and CCID50 methods have a close correlation and the coefficient between the two methods when performed on AIK-C strain is PFU/CCID = 1.28; PFU:CCID = 1: 0.78
