The benign tumors of infantile larynx are polyp, nodule, cyts and papilloma. its causes are V,A, laryngite, and larynx re flex. Ojective: The description on clinical of benign tumors of infantil larynx. Materials and Methods: Case study of 50 patients of benign tumors of infantil larynx, operateds at Hospital ENT Central (2011-2012). Diagnostic clinical, endoscopic, histopathologic. Results and discussions: The age 10 years is 88 percent. The hoarse is 100 percent, The average hoarse is 64 percent, shortness of breth (84 percent), dyspnoeic in papilloma (2 percent). There are10 percent of the hoarse of under the 6 months and 18 percentfrom 6 to 12 months, and 72 percent of times overdue one years. The hoarse of all the time is 92 percent, and 8 percent. Conclusion: The age 10 years is 88 percent. The hoarse is 100 percent and dyspnoeic in papilloma (2 percent).
