Một số nhận xét về tình trạng nhiễm khuẩn Acinetobacter và Pseudomonas Aeruginosa tại khoa hồi sức nội bệnh viện Hữu nghị Việt Tiệp Hải Phòng trong 2 năm 2009-2010

Objectives: + To evaluate the hospitalize acquired infection of Acinetorbacter and P. aeruginose rate at the ICU of Viet-Tiep Hai Phong Hospital. + To evaluate the use of antibiotic in the treament of the hospitalize acquired infection of Acinetorbacter and P. aeruginose. Methods: 55 patients with hospitalize acquired Acinetorbacter and P. aeruginose at the ICU of Viet-Tiep Hai Phong Hospital. Result: Hospitalize acquired pneumonia of Acinetorbacter and P. aeruginose was the most common (70.9 percent), multi-resistant was 30.9 percent, 30 patients (54.5 percent) were treated trucly with initial antibiotic and the mortality rate of there were 65.45 percent. Conclusions: Hospitalize acquired pneumonia was the most common, the mortality rate was different non-significantly. The mortality rate of the both groups was 65.45 percent.
