Đánh giá một số yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến đáp ứng điều trị trên bệnh nhân ung thư buồng trứng (UTBMBT) tái phát kháng platinum được điều trị bằng paclitaxel. Đối tượng nghiên cứu: 65 bệnh nhân được điều trị phác đồ paclitaxel cho UTBMBT tái phát kháng platinum từ 07/2018 đến 06/2021 tại Bệnh viện K. Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả hồi cứu kết hợp tiến cứu. Kết quả: Đáp ứng điều trị tốt hơn ở nhóm bệnh nhân có chỉ số CA125 giảm sau điều trị và sử dụng >85% liều ở >50% số chu kì điều trị. Kết luận: Đáp ứng điều trị có liên quan đến chỉ số CA125 sau điều trị và liều hóa chất điều trị.
Evaluation of some factors affecting treatment response in patients with platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer treated with paclitaxel. Research subject: 65 patients treated with paclitaxel regimen for platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer from July 2018 to June 2021 at National Cancer Hospital. Patients and Methods: Retrospective combined prospective study. Results: The treatment response was better in the group of patients whose CA125 index decreased after treatment and used >85% of the dose at >50% of the treatment cycles. Conclusion: Treatment response is related to the CA125 index after treatment and the dose of chemotherapy drugs.
