Phân tích một số yếu tố chính ảnh hưởng ứng nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ ở người nhiễm HIV/AIDS tại Bệnh viện Nhân Ái năm 2022. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Đại diện người nhiễm HIV/AIDS tại 04 khoa điều trị nội trú Bệnh viện Nhân Ái, người nhà đại diện tại 04 khoa, NVYT đại diện 04 khoa và lãnh đạo bệnh viện. Nghiên cứu định tính thông qua việc phỏng vấn. Kết quả và kết luận: 3 nhóm yếu tố chính chính ảnh hưởng đến nhu cầu chăm sóc giảm nhẹ của người nhiễm HIV/AIDS tại Bệnh viện Nhân Ái: Nhóm yếu tố thuộc về quá trình điều trị: Đa số người nhiễm HIV/ AIDS tại bệnh viện mắc nhiều bệnh lý kèm theo. Nhóm yếu tố thuộc về gia đình: Đa phần người nhiễm HIV/AIDS điều trị tại bệnh viện không được gia đình động viên, hỗ trợ trong cuộc sống. Nhóm yếu tố thuộc về bệnh viện: Cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị trong chăm sóc người nhiễm HIV đầy đủ. Đa số người bệnh có bảo hiểm y tế, quan tâm của lãnh đạo bệnh viện đối với công tác quản lý cũng như cập nhật kiến thức về chăm sóc giảm nhẹ. Các yếu tố anh hưởng nhu cầu chăm sóc người nhiễm HIV là: Nhóm yếu tố thuộc về quá trình điều trị, nhóm yếu tố thuộc về gia đình và nhóm yếu tố thuộc về bệnh viện.
Analyze some key factors affecting the response to palliative care needs in people with HIV/ AIDS at Nhan Ai Hospital in 2022. Subjects and methods: Representatives of HIV/AIDS infected people at 04 inpatient treatment departments of Nhan Ai Hospital, family representatives at 04 departments, medical staff representing 04 departments and hospital leaders. Qualitative research through interview. Results and conclusions: 3 main groups of factors affecting the need for palliative care of people with HIV/AIDS at Nhan Ai Hospital: Group of factors related to the treatment process: most people with HIV/ AIDS at the hospital have many comorbidities. Group of factors related to the family: most people with HIV/AIDS treated at the hospital do not receive encouragement and support from their families in their lives. Group of factors related to the hospital: facilities and equipment for caring for people with HIV are adequate. Most patients have health insurance, hospital leaders pay attention to management work as well as updating knowledge about palliative care. Factors affecting the need for care of people with HIV are: Group of factors related to the treatment process, group of factors related to the family and group of factors related to the hospital.
