Phân tích một số yếu tố liên quan đến biến chứng của sinh thiết thận qua da ở trẻ em. Đối tượng và phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 74 lần sinh thiết thận qua da dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm tại Trung tâm Nhi khoa bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 01/2021 đến hết tháng 06/2023. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ biến chứng sau sinh thiết thận ở nhóm bệnh nhân phù (28%), tăng huyết áp (57,1%), thiểu niệu (50%) và giảm mức lọc cầu thận (42,9%) cao hơn tương ứng tỉ lệ biến chứng ở nhóm bệnh nhân không phù (6,1%), không tăng huyết áp (9%), không thiểu niệu (10,3%) và mức lọc cầu thận bình thường (10,4%). Không có mối liên quan giữa biến chứng với tuổi, giới, nồng độ albumin huyết thanh, nồng độ hemoglobin máu, số lượng tiểu cầu, tổn thương mô bệnh học, số lần sinh thiết, vị trí sinh thiết và cỡ kim sinh thiết. Kết luận: Một số yếu tố liên quan đến biến chứng chảy máu sau sinh thiết thận qua da dưới hướng dẫn siêu âm là phù, tăng huyết áp, thiểu niệu và giảm mức lọc cầu thận.
The aim of this study was to identify factors related to complications after percutaneous renal biopsy in children. Subjects and methods: This is a cross-sectional study conducted on 74 biopsies obtained from pediatric patients who underwent ultrasound-guided percutaneous renal biopsy in the Pediatric Center of Bach Mai Hospital between 01/2021 and 06/2023. Results: The biopsy-related complication rate among patients with edema (28%), hypertension (57,1%), oliguria (50%), and low glomerular filtration rate (42,9%) was relatively higher than among patients without edema (6,1%), hypertension (0%), oliguria (10,3%) and having normal glomerular filtration rate (10,4%). No differences in complication rate were seen between different ages, genders, serum albumin levels, haemoglobin levels, platelet count, histological findings, number of biopsies, biopsy sites, and needle sizes. Conclusion: Potential risk factors for complications after percutaneous renal biopsy in children included edema, hypertension, oliguria, and low glomerular filtration rate.
