Phân tích các yếu tố liên quan đến mức độ tuân thủ điều trị bệnh Basedow trên bệnh nhân ngoại trú tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa thành phố Cần Thơ. Nghiên cứu tiến cứu trên 60 bệnh nhân (BN) điều trị ngoại trú đến tái khám tại phòng khám Bệnh viện Đa khoa thành phố Cần Thơ từ tháng 01/07/2020- 30/09/2020. Kết quả Có sự liên quan có ý nghĩa thống kê giữa các yếu tố thời gian mắc bệnh Basedow của người bệnh, số loại thuốc điều trị trong đơn, số lần dùng thuốc trong ngày, niềm tin về thuốc điều trị với mức độ tuân thủ điều trị (p0,05). Kết luận Các yếu tố thời gian mắc bệnh Basedow của người bệnh, số loại thuốc điều trị trong đơn, số lần dùng thuốc trong ngày, niềm tin về thuốc điều trị bệnh Basedow có mối liên quan với mức độ tuân thủ điều trị.
Analyzing factors related to the compliance with Basedow disease treatment on outpatients at Can Tho City General Hospital. The perspective research on 60 outpatients who come for re-examination at Can Tho City General Hospital from July, 1st, 2020 – September, 30th, 2020. Results There was a statistically significant correlation between the patient’s duration of Basedow disease, the number of drugs prescribed in the prescription, the number of medications per day, drug beliefs and the level of compliance of treatment (p<0.05). The remaining factors such as age, sex, educational qualifications, occupational status, and income were not found to be related to compliance of treatment (p>0.05). Conclusion Factors of Basedow disease time of the patient, number of drugs prescribed in the prescription, number of medications per day, and belief in drugs to treat Basedow disease were related to compliance of treatment.
