Objective: To evaluate the effect of method structural rhinoplasty-combination of a utog raft and allograft in the primary rhinoplasty. Subject and method: The prospective study of 35 cases with primary rhinoplasty from August 2011 to August 2013. The effect of nasal augmentations was analyzed using anthropometric measurement including nasal tip projection (NTP); naso-Iabial angle (NLA); length from nasion to subnasal point (N-SN) and patient satisfaction aesthetically and functionally. Result: 35 patients were operated including cases primary. The postoperative follow-up duration was 16.5 months. The 7 parameters of the nose significant improved over 6 months after operation. Most patients (91.7 percent) were satisfied with the results in esthetic and function. There were no serious complications. Conclusion: Structural rhinoplasty using the combination of autograft and allograft is a new choice and reliable method in primary augmentation rhinoplasty.
