Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng bài thuốc thập vị giáng đưòng phương lên chức năng gan, thận trên thỏ thực nghiệm

The fluid extract "THAP VI GIANG DUONG PHUONG" (TVGDP) (ten-itemed herbal hypoglycaemic remedy) were evaluated for subacute toxicity through it's influences on the liver and renal functions tested in experimental rabbits at the daily oral doses of 11.52 g/kg and 34.56 g/kg bw. (equivalent to the human therapeutic dose and 3 times, respectively) in a course of 12 consecutive weeks. TVGDP exerted no influences on the liver and renal functions in comparison with both the initial ones and those in the control group.
