Nghiên cứu bào chế pellet itraconazol bằng phương pháp bao tầng sôi

The pellets of itraconazole were prepared in hydroxypropylmethyl-cellulose E6 (HPMC) with addition of Tween 80 on sugar spheres using a fluidized-bed coating system. A mixture of dichloromethane and ethanol (3:2; w/w) was found suitable as spraying solution for simultaneous application of itraconazole, HPMC and Tween 80. The obtained pellets were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (OSC), X-ray diffractometry (XRO) , infrared spectroscopy (IR) and dissolution tests. The pellets showed a dissolution profiie 'similar to that of reference capsule Sporal and the method could be applicable to one-step encapsulation.
