Background: The foot ulceris a complications cary and dangerous for patients diabetes. It is the leading cause patients to amputation. Objectives: Determine the rate of foot ulcers in patients diabetes at Hai Phong Medical University hospital, describe the clinical characteristics, subclinical in patients diabetes have complications foot ulcer. Subjects and methods: descriptive study, the study on 205 patients diabetes. Results and Conclusions: The rate of foot ulcers in patients diabetes was 15,1 percent. The foot ulcer patients treated late. The rate of patients foot ulcers have concentration glucose in blood 11 mmol/I is 51,6 percent. The rate of cure ulcers in patients ulcer level 1 and 2 are 100 percent and 90,5 percent. Time of treatment patients diabetes have foot ulcers longer than patients diabetes have not foot ulcers.
