Khảo sát sự thay đổi huyết động, hô hấp và thời gian rút ống nội khí quản ở các bệnh nhân này. Nghiên cứu trên 50 bệnh nhân phẫu thuật van tim có tuần hoàn ngoài cơ thể theo kế hoạch được gây mê tĩnh mạch kiểm soát nồng độ đích với propofol kết hợp theo dõi điện não số hóa entropy (RE, SE), tuổi từ 16 - 60, ASA II, III, EF > 40%. Ghi nhận giá trị Ce trong giai đoạn duy trì để đạt RE, SE trong khoảng 40 - 60. Kết quả Giá trị Ce-propofol trong giai đoạn đặt nội khí quản dao động từ 2,93 ± 0,70 đến 3,14 ± 0,79 mcg/ml,thời gian mất tri giác và thời gian khởi mê trung bình là 46,78±11,58 giây và 12,8 ± 2,9 phút, nồng độ để phẫu thuật giai đoạn trước tuần hoàn ngoài cơ thể (THNCT) dao động từ 3,28 ± 0,85 đến 3,72 ± 0,94 mcg/ml, tại thời điểm THNCT bắt đầu đảm nhận hoàn toàn là 3,55 ± 0,96 mcg/ml và giai đoạn sau THNCT dao động từ 2,79 ± 0,62 đến 2,84 ± 0,62 mcg/ml, thời gian gây mê trung bình là 263,3 ± 44,4 phút. Tần số tim, huyết áp, hô hấp được duy trì ổn định, thời gian rút ống NKQ trung bình là 4,20 ± 0,96 giờ.
