Nghiên cứu các trường hợp bị xâm hại tình dục được giám định tại trung tâm pháp y Hà Nam từ năm 2009-2013

Objectives: A study on the situation of victims of sexual offence and the evidences detected on the victim's body. Subjects and methods: A crosssectional descriptive study of 50 cases assessed victims in Ha Nam provine Forensic Center from 2009-2013. Results: The age of victims often from 14-17 accounted for the highest proportion of 64 percent, the proportion aged 7-13 accounted for 14 percent. The incidence of sexual offence in the profession to meet students, students sexually assaulted proportion of 72 percent, these women have a stable career and business does not meet the victim. Secondary school students and high school students accounted for the highest proportion of 84 percent, 98 percent of victims are women and 92 percent of a sexual offence case only one offender. Offenders are friends, relatives and neighbors account for 90 percent of sexual offence cases. Lesions in genital organs accounted for 80 percent of the victims in that last 29 percent of victims tom hymen, 50 percent of the cases found traces of semen and sperm in the vagina victim. Conclusion: The age of victims was mainly concentrated in adolescents (64 percent) and children (18 percent); pupils and students sexually were assaulted rate 72 percent; secondary school students and high school students accounted for 84 percent; most cases is one victim (98 percent) and offenders alone accounting for 92 percent; friends, neighbors, relatives accounted for 80 percent; 29 percent of victims tom hymen and 50 percent found traces of semen and sperm in the vagina.
