Xác định tỷ lệ mắc sai sót theo mức kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít và các yếu tố liên quan đến sai sót trong kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, thu thập số liệu bằng cách quan sát trực tiếp 170 người bệnh COPD thực hiện kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít tại Khoa Khám bệnh Bệnh viện C Đà Nẵng từ tháng 01/2019 đến tháng 05/2019. Kết quả Người bệnh có kỹ thuật kém và không biết kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít chiếm tỷ lệ 77,1% với thuốc dạng hít MDI và 70,5% với thuốc dạng hít DPT. Tuổi, thời gian mắc bệnh, thời gian tham gia câu lạc bộ Hen và COPD, mức độ tắc nghẽn đường thở, thuốc hít đang sử dụng có liên quan đến sai sót trong kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít, sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê. Kết luận Bệnh viện cần duy trì thường xuyên các buổi sinh hoạt câu lạc bộ Hen phế quản và COPD, tổ chức gặp gỡ, nói chuyện và hướng dẫn kỹ thuật sử dụng các thuốc dạng hít cho người bệnh và người nhà. Cán bộ y tế khi hướng dẫn người bệnh sử dụng các dụng cụ dạng hít cần thực hiện thao tác chậm và giải thích rõ ràng trên mô hình cho người bệnh quan sát và sử dụng bảng kiểm để đánh giá mức độ sử dụng các dụng cụ hít của người bệnh.
Determine the rate of wrong - using of inhaled drugs and factors related to the techniques. This was a descriptive study. Researchers observed and collected data from a group of 170 patients who were using inhaled drugs to treat chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) at the Examination Department of C Hospital from January to May 2019. Results The number of patients who had a poor technique and were unknown how to use inhaled drugs accounted for 77.1% for MDI inhalers and 70.5% for DPT inhalers perspectively. There was a statistical significance between age, the period of illness, duration of joining the Asthma and COPD club, level of airway obstruction, prescription, and errors in the techniques for using inhaled drugs. Conclusions The hospital needs to maintain asthma and COPD club activities regularly to share and instruct face-to-face about the techniques of using inhaled drugs for patients and their relatives. When instructing the patient to use inhaled devices, medical staff should perform slowly and explain clearly on the model for patients observing, together with using a checklist to assess a skill level of the patients when they use the devices.
