Nghiên cứu các yếu tố tiên lượng tử vong ở bệnh nhân bỏng do tai nạn lao động

A historic cohort study was performed on the database of 379 burn patients due to occupational accidents (BPOA) with age greater than or equal to 16 years admitted to the National Institute of Burns (NIB) of Vietnam in 2008. The sex ratio of this group was 4 male to 1 female, and the average age was 33.9 + or - 13.7 years. The mortality was 10.55 percent. The prognosis of death of BPOA: An incorrect resuscitation fluid and electrolyte before admission to the NIB; inhalation burns; the surface of thickness burn greater than 20 percent; the burn shock at admission; a serum glucose at admission greater than or equal to 8.5 mmol/l.
