Phân lập và xác định cấu trúc các hợp chất từ phân đoạn n-hexan của cây Mơ leo để làm sáng tỏ tác dụng của loài cây này theo kinh nghiệm dân gian. Phương pháp: Phân lập các chất dựa trên các phương pháp sắc ký, xác định cấu trúc các chất dựa vào tính chất hóa lý và dữ kiện phổ thực nghiệm MS, NMR. Kết quả: Từ phân đoạn chiết n-hexan của cây Mơ leo đã phân lập và nhận dạng cấu trúc bốn hợp chất bao gồm lupeol (1), acid betulinic (2), asperglaucid (3), acid oleanolic (4). Kết luận: Đây là lần đầu tiên các chất 1, 2 và 3 được xác định có trong thành phần cây Mơ leo.
Isolation and structural determination of compounds from n-hexane fractions of P. scandens to elucidate the eect of this plant in folk experience Method: All the substances were isolated based on chromatographic methods. Chemical structures were determined based on physicochemical properties and experimental spectral data such as MS, NMR. Results: From the n-hexane extract of Paederia scandens, four compounds including lupeol (1), betulinic acid (2), asperglaucid (3) and oleanolic acid (4) were isolated and structurally identied. Conclusions: This is the rst time that compounds 1, 2 and 3 have been identied in the composition of Paederia scandens.
